The best experience we've had with a contractor since moving to Florida! Kramer & Sons excel in so many areas, I'm afraid I'll miss one in this review. They are attentive, outstanding in their communication, pay an unbelievable amount of attention to detail and they do amazing work!~ We contracted them to paint the exterior of our home, and we are so glad we did! I've included a couple of before pictures. What a transformation on our home! I honestly don't know if I can say that I take more pride in the house now than Jeff and Jean do! They seriously really care, and they treat your house like they're working on their own home. It felt great to stand in front of the house with them and share in the joy of a job well done! Don't let their affordability fool you. They don't cut corners, and you will be hiring true professionals with Kramer & Sons Property Maintenance!

Jeff and Jean from Kramer and Sons Property and Maintenance did a fantastic yard project for me. I was expecting some quick and dirty attempt as is common with many landscape companies, but they were incredibly thorough and meticulous, listening to how I wanted things and taking the time to make it right. The job was done timely and was a beautiful and long lasting result (remulch and new rock with weed barrier after Hurricane Helene). The yard looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Myself and my neighbors could not be happier with the professionalism and performance of Kramer & Sons Property Maintenance. Living in an HOA is not so much fun when the members of that HOA have targeted you and your neighbors. That’s what happened to us. Faced with an impossible situation and not much money to get things done, I contacted Kramer & Sons to see what they could do. Not only did they hear me out when I explained our situation, they found a way to get the job done at the best price (and I received 4 other quotes) and they also allowed us to pay for the work on a payment plan which was extremely helpful. As a single mom in this economy, I don’t just have thousands laying around to throw at a paint job. Thankfully, Kramer & Sons came to our rescue and saved myself and my neighbors from being fined. Great, honest people! These guys showed up on time when we had been ghosted by other companies.
